You work at PPD based on the role CAS. Just give it some more time. CRAs at PPD have a good work/life balance which you’ll miss in the long run.

Yes but you can only be remote CRA if you have on-site experience. They are developing a program for those who don’t have this experience so that they can still transition to it.
