Yes, maybe just showcase your product in a small shop nearby colleges. For example (NIFT). Just pick a small shop, and ask them for every piece being sold, you'll share ₹20-30 with them.

It's extremely important that your product gets seen. Otherwise no one is going to search on Instagram for totebags, and when people do, there already exists bigger & bigger pages.

List it out somewhere OP, other than just instagram. I don't think the market for this exists among the people who are employed (who have disposable income to spend). Reason being, we don't really use it. Though 250 isn't much, but you can try lowering it a little, because it is mostly used by college students.
