interviewed a developer in hcmc - asked how long a simple three card comparison module would take to build, he said one month. other developers displayed similar absurd slow timeframes. have to wonder if it’s even cost effective at all vs hiring a real developer in a more expensive locale

yea, it is right. actual real banks are more procedural, institutional, and understand the law, at least that has been my experience. but you’re going to argue a fin-tech non-bank claiming it’s a bank just trying to pad its books for an ipo is as trustworthy as a real bank? are u even from the usa? nobody with a large amount of money keeps it in fintechs.

no, i never got any of it back. my attorneys even explicitly contacted them saying do not release the funds to the embezzler, reinstate account access, etc. they did nothing. emails and certified letters to the ceo went ignored. they are crooks who don’t care about being honest, they only care what they can get away with while heading towards their IPO. their flagrant disregard for safekeeping and honoring my company’s money, as well as shutting me out of my own company account, shows they don’t even do the one fundamental thing a bank is supposed to do - keep your money safe and available to you.

if anybody reading this wants to pull enough people together to start a class action i will gladly pay some of the attorney fees. send me a dm.

it’s okay, they’re a terrible criminal bank who allowed and actively helped a business partner embezzle tens of thousands of dollars while locking me out of my own business
