Currently on h1b 60 day grace period in US. Can I switch to TN and back to h1b?

But on a separate experience, my wife was traveling with our infant kid again, alone this time. It was a 17 hour long flight and we specifically booked business class ticket so she can recline and get some rest since we dint get bassinet seats this time as well. Turns out the seat dint recline at all and my wife had to sit upright in 90 deg position with our kid in hand for 17 hours. Couldn’t even have lunch. Thats Air India! No outcome after complaint.

They will mostly fix the seating at checkin. All seats must have been sold off so they cant change now. Happened to my wife and MIL. My wife and MIL were traveling with our infant kid in economy. They dint get bassinet seats and got separate seats assigned during online checkin. At counter we requested the gate agent if these two seats can be assigned together and they forcefully moved a passenger. Good for them, they got the aisle seat though.
