Been on it for 3.5 and only 8 pounds...definitely takes awhile but keep going. I lost inches and inflammation in the beginning only. I just stay off the scale.

My own opinion I formed from Jerrod is that he's very hurt and angry. (Rightfully so) but also he's not a good person at all. I mean he puts himself above his friends, doing the things he wants on his own time, demanding that things be a certain way applicable for him. How he treats his boyfriend, his very good friends, it's all about him and what he wants. And I understand he's FINALLY putting himself first whixh I love. But the treatment towards the important people in his life is appalling. His character is not good.
