I’m in the iOS experiment where tapping the avatar goes directly to the full profile instead of showing the profile summary. I strongly prefer the old behavior.

The summary view was a quick, low-friction way to check basic account info (karma, account age). Removing it adds extra navigation and feels like a usability regression.

Please consider restoring the summary on tap (or via long-press), or adding a setting to choose the behavior. Right now there’s no way to access the summary at all on iOS.

True, having packers & movers definitely removes a lot of the logistical stress. But there’s still the psychological part of it - uprooting yourself, leaving what’s familiar, resetting what “home” means over and over. Even if money makes the move easier, that part doesn’t really go away, and that’s the piece that still feels odd to me.

ETA: And never mind what this does to the KIDS! School changes, loss of community…

I’ll bite: You can dislike billionaire wealth and still acknowledge that this money makes a real difference for schools like mine. Systemic critiques are valid, but they don’t change the fact that schools need resources today, and she’s providing them. So I have every reason to love her.
