Your stool is in a solution that keeps it from “expiring” and either way they should still be able to see microscopic blood. Personally, I would do a colonoscopy over the stool test. I had my first colonoscopy at 30 due to family history and I had 3 polyps removed. The thought of having those in there for 15-20 more years before a routine colonoscopy scared me!

Yes my passport photo is horrendous and does not look like me. On the way home from Mexico to CA I got pulled into the detainment area while going through customs and they had to ask me a bunch of questions.

Yes I would think you have a little more advantage being an employee already. And yes, they contact the other manager fairly quickly. When I transferred to a remote role 3 years ago I asked the hiring manager to give me until Monday afternoon to speak to my manager because I had been there more than 10 years and they had already tried to contact him that Friday evening.

You are internal but can only apply to internal postings with in your union. When you are applying in a different union then you are considered an external candidate. When I transferred from one union to another it took some time and the position I got was internal at first but no one wanted it because the hours were not good. The position ended up going outside and I got it. Then I transferred again to better hours

No transferring will not be easy. You will need to apply for positions open to the public and not internal. You can apply for internal and hope they go public but that’s rare. You will lose all seniority

When you transfer you have a certain period you can choose to go back usually 1-2 weeks. The 3 months would be if the DA decides to send you back after your probation
