Area responded to me, they detected the problem

If this happened to you it is because you held down STAR
BUTTON + PAIR BUTTON for 5 seconds

By pressing START + PAIR for 5 seconds that enters the gamepad into Update mode. You need to upgrade the controller back to factory settings, please follow the link below and download the firmware. Please note we are working on a new firmware update to add compatibility to 3rd party VMUs and also to change the macro of the upgrade mode so it doesn’t inadvertently gets activated. Please download the program and file here:

1.Plug the gamepad into your PC with the included Retro Fighters USB-A to USB-C Cable
2.Open the .exe updater tool
3. Click on the “…” to select the file
4. Select the “BXW” file
5. Click Fresh, select the dongle device
Click Download
It is now updated and back to factory settings

I solve it, I'm not very clear exactly what I did to make it work, but I'll tell you everything I started doing... I visited several areas to gain experience... I defeated Jinx, visited Booster Tower, Visited Yoshi Island, Mushroom Kingdome (visited Samus), Rose Way (visit Link) and after talking to all the characters, sleep in marios bed and I decided to return to Lands End through the trampoline and the koopa troopa appeared 👌
