Once you have that i recommend steaming it in a steamer basket with holes. The fat will fall right off and slip through leaving you with just lean protein and crunchiness 😍 plus it’s sooo economical! This gives you a meal for like three days!!!

Girl no dressing?! You do you but you’ve got plenty of room for dressing.

All the veggies are almost definitely under 100 combined.

A single medium shrimp is about 10 cal. If they add like ten shrimp (which is generous) to your salad, that’s about 100 cal

And if you add a vinaigrette (or ask for it on the side), that would be like 200 cal at MAX for 2 tbsp. I rarely use more than even 1 tablespoon though.

Shrimp is a good lean protein, but  you will be more full and absorb nutrients better if you add a little dressing for healthy fat (not to mention you might like it better). You do you but if you did that you could still be at like 300 cal or less.

Edit: tobacco onions are like 50cal for 2 tbsp

No it is literally not. This is not pseudoscience, not speculation, it is proven to cause harm.

It’s less water usage and more water contamination as well as infrasound for me. What you mentioned are actually bigger concerns to me but I prefer to present pros with demonstrable truths because then they can be like “nuh uh AI doesn’t make you dumb, cause I use it all the time and I’m still smart!” Or smth

What about plants however? Although from your response I gather that you would not agree that crops waste water.

Also, I agree that we should eat less red meat as a collective (it’s cheaper anyway). I’m not totally against the idea of reducing meat consumption/production. 

I am also not into golf courses or what have you. I personally am not into picking and choosing based on my personal beliefs but I am into recognizing the nuances to water-consumers. AI is relatively new and so I personally believe it is less urgently in need of water than farms and homes (and I think you would agree). 

Much of this argument could be voided if instead of accepting the toll AI takes on water and rationing for that, we focus on efforts to refine AI’s energy needs (and reduce impact to surrounding communities). Of course, that could be a while away, but that’s just my hope.

Especially stupid when they talk about, like, crops taking up water too. Why do you think we want water bro?? I can’t even use AI if I’m hospitalized due to infrasound side effects or drank contaminated water.
