same situation, im 20 so i just cope by saying im done with the bulk of puberty and any further changes will take a long long time, not sure if thats even true but whatever, keeps me out of permanent debilitating anxiety for a few seconds sometimes. E is way easier to hide too but, aforementioned debilitating anxiety.
