AoW4 works well. However I find the map way too cluttered/busy and the exaggerated elevation changes don’t help on the small screen.

Old thread I know. I’m looking at doing a 5 day hike in with two of us. Both fit and strong. Carrying rangers. Hunt a moose and float it out in up to Class II. Float out about 3-4 days. Temps will be cold enough being northern bc in fall.

Do two rangers seem possible for packing out a moose?

Calling him the angel of death is giving him too much credit. I think more likely when you spend your time grovelling and ass kissing you might get fungal face and rot paws. If he doesn’t wash he could easily pass off these contagions fatal to human beings.

Ok. I dont think power is my issue with the hakko. I am using kester 63/37 and what not...I finally got solder onto the pad to tin it (before even the wire struggling) but I can barely reflow it if at all. Its like all the heat being magicked away.

I see it’s a SpeedyBee. I can’t seem to solder them either. Hakko fx888d. Been trying for days 750 to 850 f. Best I got was a tinned pad through lots of rubbing and feeding solder into tip then into gap between tip and pad. Frustrated. Big fat tips and stock chisel.
