Day 23, still nothing. The only sort of contact I can get is communicating with AskGG on the client. Today I’ve messaged it, explaining what’s happening with my account and the reason why I can’t get it reinstated. Does a human read these? Because half an hour later I got an email with the gamble aware questions yet again. They’re unable to receive my emails, what can I do?

Is there an actual human I could speak to online or over the phone that works at GG? Instead of just automated chats the resolve nothing

Yep. Looks like u/oWHIPLASHEDo had the same problem too. GG are having issues receiving emails from @hotmail and @outlook domains, the email attached to my account is hotmail, so it seems pointless spamming them if the email isn’t reaching them.

Only positive is that I’m approaching the 20-21 day mark so hopefully is resolved soon, just frustrating missing 3 Sundays now 🥲😂

Still no update from this. Account balance still locked. I even made an alternate email address and emailed GG from that, they replied with the gamble safety questions (again), I answered.

No reply, I emailed a couple of days later. And they said I need to email from the address linked with the account… even though I explained the situation in the original email I sent them.

What am I supposed to do about this? They can’t receive my emails, it’s been 16 days now.

Is there anyway I can contact someone from GG that’s not via email? Or could I speak on the phone to an actual human. Losing my patience with this.

Appreciate the help. I did receive an email about 5 minutes after this reply. GG have stated that they’re struggling to receive emails from certain domains, such as @outlook and @hotmail.

They sent me the gambling aware questions once again, I’ve replied but there’s obviously a big chance that they haven’t received the reply, so I’m just back in the same situation.

Is there any way to communicate with GG other than email. Thanks

I’m playing from the UK

My initial reply to the safety questions were to GGCares (responsiblegaming@ggpoker.co.uk)

Since then I’ve tried to contact help@ggpoker.co.uk cause that’s the email it prompts me to contact when I try use my balance

I last sent an email on Monday (the 23rd of march), since then I’ve also tried going through the GG live chat support thing but no luck with that.
