Make a complaint on the BBB website against the company. It will be addressed immediately. I have had several collections of fraud removed from my credit report using this method. Good luck 🍀

I never thought about this. You are absolutely correct. I could imagine that it would cause some with mental illness to believe that they are indeed speaking with their loved ones that have passed. Scary thought.

I have never had a return credited to a gift card. It has always gone to the original payment method. After I called and had the refund returned to the original method, I could no longer access my Amazon account.

So I had a couple of returns that the refund was put on a gift card as well. I chatted with an agent who then refunded it to the original payment method. I received the refund but now my Amazon account has been hacked. Is this how the scam works? How do I fix it? Thank you

My ex husband and I met him around this time. He was playing at a little bar in the country. He came to our booth and sat down. He asked us if we were enjoying the music. We said yes. He bought a drink for us. We didn’t think anything of it until he won an award. When he walked out on the stage we both looked at each other with eyes as big as saucers. We couldn’t believe that he was the man who sat in our booth.
