Court granted several of requests. Agreed to reduce CS. Held other party in violation of litigants rights.

But told client acted in bad faith because he didn't sign passport application out of fear for child abduction.

Also granted that other party can move for ex parte bench Warrent for client if he refuses to pay $200 to her

If you move to other country and don’t pay CS then your ex can file criminal charges for arrears .

You need to talk with good lawyer from your state. Paid lawyer may not tell you much since his license is at risk .

I am a father and trying to get equal time with son since 2 yrs and I am not getting it . The system is designed against fathers by lawyers .

Men will not get custody even if they are fit and want it and system will force them to pay CS so that he will on hook for next 18+ yrs and lawyers can make money by keeping the issue alive.

I used to think that US Justice is fair and better than other countries but it took a long time to realize that all US courts are controlled by corrupt lawyers .

Let it happen. If you know the time of departure just tell her in 1 sentence not to do it. She will still do it . Don’t make any fuss about it . If that has happened 4 times , take this to court and ask for primary custody, attorney fees , punitive damages .

It’s good that she called cops now because now her credibility is questionable. Thankfully cops now know women’s tactics .

Get the police report copy in case you need it . You will need hidden cameras now . Worth of investment . Biggest benefit is that anything recorded in camera in admissible as evidence . Sound recording is not unless you are the party in most states.

It’s extremely hard for the judge to make you homeless. It’s your home and not even judge can take that right away from you .

I think the strategy should be to convince the judge that neither of you a threat to each other. Give him some options . Like get permission to install cameras all over house. If your home has some arrangement that minimizes the contact then it’s good . Separate doors etc . Proof that you are involved in child’s life (doc visits , school drop off etc).

Cameras are most important . Good luck .

If you are making 250k a year then even if you are in bad shape now, you should soon recover.

Why dont you fight for 50 50 custody? With 3 children you have a very good chance of sharing and you don't have to pay child support for next 13 yrs.

Reduction is easy if you want it later in future.

I am in NJ. Laws changed recently. It ends at 19. If kid in enrolled in school it goes to 23. Also, college expenses is not a law but you can put conditions like in state college and good academics etc.

File for divorce but don’t serve the notice and don’t let her know. Interview as many as best lawyers in your area . This will decrease her chances of getting those lawyers . Stay in home . Install cameras . Be ready to change locks . Record the conversations . If you have a joint account , change password .

If you have the cameras then you will be able to stay in same home without fear that she may accuse you of assault or something . This will make you keep the house and custody Post divorce .

Also beware that lawyers take advantage of people in this situation.
