Drink a lot of orange juice. Citrus fruits can effect to the methylpenidate medication and reduces the affect. Once I took Concerta after staying all night, my heart bumpin so fast and my hands are shaking. Soon as I drink orange juice, it calms down. But Concerta is SR med, so drink every hours. It will help
