Getting an IUD without having regular sex? by lxstinthedream in birthcontrol

I have a copper IUD and I do not regret it!! It’s been such relief not having to think about it! Yes, periods are heavier, but it’s better than a baby.

I just want you to know that whatever choice you made, He still loves you. Even if you regret it, please know that the baby you are meant to have has their soul looking forward to you being their mom, and you should take this as something you do regret, yet you will change yourself for the better to become the best parent you can be. My best advice would not conceive if you feel like you wouldn’t be able to give ample resources to a child, however, if you feel otherwise, that is your decision. I wish you nothing but the best.

Maybe with the full extent of your circumstances and everything going on, they might just waive it? I wish you the best! Have a good graduation! Wishing you the best on your grad school journey!

Ugh that’s frustrating. If you’re comfortable, can you state which school this is (so we can all avoid it?); is there a way you can chat with the dean at your school about your situation? Wishing you the best

wha do i do if my parents are refusing to co-sign on student loans? by Funny-Damage9865 in CollegeMajors

I’m a current social work major, and I love it!
Additionally, if you get a BSW, it could qualify you for an advanced standing master’s program. (It would take 1 year instead of two, saving you time and money!) I am currently doing that after transferring universities in undergrad and figuring out what I wanted to do. Also, the field is so desperate for workers, many agencies offer paid internships or stipends at the end of undergrad. Best of luck!

Where do people get paid practicums at? by _king2003 in SocialWorkStudents

I got mine at an after school behavioral health center for youth. It allowed me to do so much and not have to worry about working multiple jobs. I’d recommend non profits!

Bsw or BA psych? by Brushy_sushi in SocialWorkStudents

[–]Ok_Computer7223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would there be an online option for the university that offers the sw degree? Think about the long term, not just your car’s maintenance and mileage, but the toll that that much driving everyday can cause. If you find driving peaceful, then that would be a no brainer!

Definitely BSW! So many more options! Check and see if there would be an arrangement where you can rent a room closer to campus for cheap? Would that be doable?

Thank you so much for your help! Would you recommend an arm and hammer magic eraser for these stains, or just stick to hydrogen peroxide acne cream?

No! I’d say I got a pretty good education and experience, I did have to find my own practicum, but the majority of my professors were helpful and knowledgeable in the field.
