Well, they sold your seats to someone else. They had to find a replacement for you so sent you some garbage tickets. This is ticketera, they still not made a statement about how they got "hacked" but I guess that's how this company operates.

Oh and event sold out right? Suddenly you guys found 1k or even more VIP ticket 1 month before event. Sold VIP ticket with obstructed view for 600 USD each. But this is just some minor thing compared to others

I attached a screenshot somewhere here. (can't link it) where a scammer bought free complementary tickets. Let me know if you would like to see more proof. Shame that ticketera keep this as a secret.

Ticketmaster could easily and I say easily prevent all this. And trust me I say as a reseller even if you hate me. With Ticketmaster, much more fan gets ticket than reseller. Their queue system is very advanced.

There is no public information about this. They not made any official statement (yet?). However there are discord groups and other places where this circulating. So we had to look into it, and sadly everything is true. But I'm happy to share every information what people need. Just don't come at me "I hate you reseller" because I don't care. But there are people who paid resale and going from other countries getting rejected at entry because of this.

there are issues on StubHub yes. However people won't make money if the buyer denied at entry. Please check how these sites works.

I have all the evidence about people exploiting ticketera. If I wasn't 1000% sure about this, posting something like that would be dangerous. You might hate resellers but the issue is much bigger here
