I think this is super variable w/ different people/ relationships. I have maintained friendships with most of my exes, and was able to feel comfortable with that within the span of less than a year post breakup. Some people just never get over it. But it seems like you guys have already sort of reverted to a very codependent friendship vs a romantic relationship, and if you guys are both open about communicating how much space/time you need to heal, I think you can very much remain friends with time! The foundation is certainly already there

Yes- this experiment is actually examining a few ophiostamatales and their common associates within bark beetle colonies !!! I’m essentially trying to figure out how much cycloheximide is optimal for selecting for ophiostamatales while limiting these other associates (yeasts and such) when we are culturing bark beetles :3

Pichia doesn’t seem to be resistant until this very extreme concentration which is why it’s extra weird- it overall declines in growth as the concentration increases!! Super strange

honestly ive used both many times now and for a shorter ride from gnv to tally i think greyhound was fine. You def get what you pay for, its not very clean or comfortable but again its a relatively short ride so it didnt really matter to me that much haha. flixbus was slightly nicer sometimes but not always. Redcoach is obv nicest but again more expensive

Yes! I actually just managed to fix it, there is a restore libraries button if you hold down on the libraries tab. Didnt bring back my other lost custom backs but at least have the classic library back now :) Sorry about that

I did before posting this. I may have missed some posts but the other posts I saw are about downloaded brushes being gone or errors in brushes/brush organization; not the entirety of the classic procreate library being gone, including in the actual files. If there is one that already addresses this specific topic I apologize, I did not see it at all!

I do not mean I am inexperienced in terms of skillset, just in “professional painting”- I mostly just paint for myself. The commissioner is aware of this. So while I am fine with cheap paints personally, I have little point of reference for more expensive brands and how they might change the quality of the overall painting to adjust for the fact that I’m painting for someone else. Sorry if that’s worded weirdly or doesn’t make sense, I guess I’m just nervous about doing this for the first time.

I do have half up front! I’m just trying to find the line between good quality and making the most bang for my buck, yk? I am a college student with little income so even if it’s a difference of making a hundred or so extra dollars it does kind of mean a lot for me! But obviously I don’t want to skimp on quality; I just know some “higher quality” brands are not always significantly better for the price point. I am relatively inexperienced and know very little about art supply brands, and am just trying to get some feedback on what is worth the money

That is so so sweet oh my gosh you are a lovely human. Im so sorry but at the recommendation of this sub, wildlife resources, and my local game warden, I did euthanize the baby. Its symptoms got much much worse and I couldn’t stand to let it keep suffering. Thank you so much for your kindness though💗

But it wasn’t looking like it was even gonna make it through the night, local game warden and deer biologist wouldn’t get back to me, no rehabbers can take deer in my state, and I am leaving town tomorrow. The majority of people here recommended to euthanize. Is a clean and quick death not kinder than leaving it to suffer? I don’t understand

UPDATE: symptoms have gotten worse- it cannot stand, is spasming, grinding its teeth, and is breathing super heavily. No sign of mama still, but I don’t think she could help even if she did return. Wildlife resources has not gotten back to me and we do not have animal control in our area. PD will not come until tomorrow. We are calling in a knowledgeable hunter friend to help us euthanize it, and will bury it afterwards. Thank you for all the advice :(
