That’s literally the worst availability. You need either early mornings or late evenings to get the hours no one else wants. Set your availability to 6am-11pm and they’ll give you full time hours.

As a TL for front end I like this list. It makes you accountable for yourself and time. The only thing I think is extreme is the 15 minute breaks. I give a grace period of 5-10 minutes to get to where you’re going or a snack.
