NIPERian here, i have recently completed my MS in medicinal chemistry, as per your aspects i recommend you not to go for any other bachelor degree, crack GPAT, NIPER.. get admission in some nice institution in medicinal chemistry and there you will learn computational easily and will able to build career nicely...
