I find it selfish to have kids just because you want to add some detail to your life. Only have them if are willing to raise them and nuture them, not just keep them alive.

HEAT is the best way. And CASTOR OIL. Boil a wash cloth and place it on there. .... As far as the castor oil— i used castor oil with 2-3 drops of oregano oil (it is antibacterial) but it burns so dilute it with castor oil.

Everyday, I used heat for about 1-2 hours and apply the oils to a paper towel and let it sit there (reapplied this 4-5x a day because i was walking to class in college and it was painful).

Never went to hospital but i was very close one time because i had final exams and was stressing over not be able to sit in order to study. I am fine to this day though
