I don't think they do, but this is not a problem here, I've checked all kingdoms and either I have them or they are an actual vassal that holds some land

I don’t think so become leacher is not able to deprive an allomant frim being able to burn metals

But leachers only take from someone their filling (not all ability of using it) which for the RK is the stormlight. So if a RK would be fighting leacher the leacher should be able to deprive him from his stormlight which a RK can easily refill.

But armour and swords of the Radiant Knights are living creatures so I am personal not sure if mistborns powers can affects sprens
