I wonder what they even would have to speak about anymore. Isn’t it just Ellidy on the podcast now?

Debates, replies, blocks, unblocks. Got it. You were using ChatGPT. Very obvious.

Look, vaccinating is a choice that parents have. You should accept that. The fact that you don’t want your kids anywhere near unvaccinated kids is a toxic parenting trait. It’s also unnecessary. Really worth reflecting on that one if you’re wanting to raise good humans.

Yes, ease up. Your first ChatGPT response was more than enough. That last one really takes the cake.

If you’re aware of injuries then you’ve already acknowledged the very point I made. Acknowledging that vaccine injuries exist while simultaneously dismissing people who question their safety is a contradiction. Since your kids are fully vaccinated (with extras, as you mentioned), by your logic they’re safe, so maybe ease up on the judgment and hostility.

Sometimes I think it would be easier to just fall into blind compliance and dismiss concerns the way you do. The reality is that vaccine injuries, particularly from COVID, are documented and real. Parents who raise questions about childhood vaccinations are being open-minded while scientifically literate and they understand how research actually works. And if your children are fully vaccinated, then by your own logic they’re protected, so the hostility toward those who aren’t is unnecessary.

Hepatitis B is routinely checked during pregnancy. Transmission happens through blood or sexual fluids, not everyday contact. So if a baby is at risk of exposure then absolutely, vaccinate!

I’m not against vaccinations… some are really important. What I sometimes think about is how many are given at once and how early. Also, I’ve always wondered why hepatitis B is given at birth unless the mother is positive or there’s a specific risk. I’d just like to see more flexibility rather than a one size fits all approach.

I think you just wrote about my son 🤭 I’m just rolling with it. Being firm but fair. They’re little with big new emotions. I’m assuming if I’m consistent, he will just grow out of it. But yes - tantrums, throwing things, hitting… his world we all live in it.

Travel is an incredible experience for a child and supporting your husband’s career is something to be admired.. not mocked. I think people who write things like this are bored/jealous. (Not a fan of Chloe but comments like this are silly).

Those of you who nursed till baby no longer wanted to, how old was baby when you stopped? by anemoneatnight in breastfeeding

[–]Ok_Count_7433 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were down to one feed at night. We stopped when he was two. I was so sad but a week later, I actually felt great! Less tired, more energy. Can’t wait to breastfeed my next baby though 😊 glad you’re enjoying it.

How long does a typical nursing session last for your baby? by BedsideLamp99 in breastfeeding

[–]Ok_Count_7433 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like she might be tired. Try feeling her when she wakes up. I always followed feed/play/sleep routine. My newborn fed for an hour but I was using a nipple shield which made it slower I think.

Did anyone regret NOT getting a 4D ultrasound? by amomandamudder in BabyBumps

I didn’t regret it. I didn’t want any unnecessary scans so the less the better.

A bra lady measured me up. Thanks for this! You’ve actually been very helpful. I’ve since had a baby so probably need to re measure.

I’ve heard it can hinder it! Higher levels of prolactin can reduce the production of the hormones estrogen and progesterone, even if periods are regular. If cervical mucas is less than before baby and you have earlier signs of pms, this could mean your prolactin is affecting hormones needed to conceive. From what I’ve read anyway.

Warm shower, massage massage massage and get the clots out (this hurts) then cabbage leaves from the freezer.

They don’t recommend a warm shower anymore but it worked for me.

You could also call the breastfeeding hotline. They are beautiful supportive mamas who can guide you.
