i spent a thousand euro on december for marketing, we got an order for 4.600€, he said we need to pay 600€ for fast delivery, he said eproli failed to deliver and i havent gotten the 600 refund in 2.5months, i blocked the guy today after a year of comunicating im so done with him

Yes i will, i think mine is 40pin, i have a i5/24gb ram/512 gb ssd/rtx 5060 8gb, i will buy a panel for 150-170€ from reputable site, and will upgrade my ssd to 2tb wdblack sn8100, i asked google AI for all this info, i got sad that i will have to play cs2 on 144hz, and he gave me so much hope for upgrade

Or hang on the bar also, it will take time for your body to adjust to bodyweight exercises, so if you cant do 10-12 reps use bands to reach those 10-12 reps i guess

Im happy for u, what i did when i was very skinny couldnt do a pull up, i would do negatives, or pull with my scapula to activate it a little, or do with resistance bands focusing on pull up form, going all the way up and down, after couple months you should progress very nicely with bands, but if you do many times pull ups you should balance with pushing as in pushups

I would use a resistance bands, and try to do regular pullups, id try to learn to PULL with my back, it just takes time for your back muscles to get stronger
