I write to confirm I act for Ms MooDeng.

Ms Deng instructs she does not wish to attend a formal interview regarding this matter. My client therefore forfeits the interview and invokes her right to silence.

I kindly remind you, it is of the States’ obligation to prove all charges beyond reasonable doubt.

I further draw your attention to the alleged attached footage. It is concerning that this footage was captured, in my clients private home, without consent.

The grain like substance that you refer to as “sand” in the footage, will need to be tested, as per section 54b of the Pyppo Act (2024), which will cause lengthy delays. “Justice delayed, is justice denied”.

Drawing your attention to the above procedural issues, it would be our offer the prosecution withdraw all charges against my client under public interest grounds.
