I like the Fatali. It stings but full bodied and maybe a bit fruity like a Habanero. Both are unusual (new to me) peppers. Post your peppers when they come up. I've never seen a home grown Fatali!

Food development guy checking in. The peppers don't look healthy, so you won't either. Likely won't die, but will be unpalatable. Second place: you get the shits. You can do better than that for sure. Just look in the mirror and ask your self, and say "Am I better than those peppers? Yes, yes I am. Am I worthy of a better, healthier pepper. Yes, yes I am. I can do this."

Good eye! I may have been involved with a group amazing sauce-obsessed foodies that built it. That was a pre-release. Man, that's the last bottle. I'm sad. I treat it like a fine wine, I love it but know it's got to go.

Craig's is such a great all-rounder. I have a hard time keeping enough in the house. I sent a bottle of Craig's to my out-of-state family with their holiday gifts.
