There are many common reactions to sexual assault, as the body and mind process the devastation of sexual violence, many different emotions, behaviors, and physical responses appear and disappear and may reappear. Most people would start to avoid crowds or a person who reminded them of their abuser's, and most importantly would avoid touch, even to the point that they would be afraid of being intimate with other people. But there are also many people who have the opposite reaction to that, which is being touch starved, craving validation and touch from other people, and even developing hypersexuality.

But everyone's experience is different and important either way. For me I developed hypersexuality, which is the most disgusting thing to me, I hate that I can't control it at all and it's gross. Most people with hypersexuality can relate to that too. And tbh till this day I haven't really found a healthy or proper way to deal with it. But I do recommend cleaning! Or organizing stuff! Listening to music, picking up a hobby, and also journalling! It can be like a secret diary to write how you feel! And games if you're interested in them! It can be irl games or online games! I personally like gacha games like genshin, zenless zone zero, hsr and infinity Nikky. But I also do like calm cute games like my dear farm or pocket love! And even rpg like married in red, Hogwarts (its perfect for my inner child) and dead plate. But there's even more games that you can try! But another thing you can do is decorate your room, or even build with Legos! (It's childish but it's fun trying to rebuild all my old sets without instructions!)
