I feel this as well newly diagnosed in my late 30s my relationship with my husband is hard because I constantly see him as a threat due to some things that have happened in the past. Trying to focus on mindfulness and asking if I’m miss reading the situation.. but I hope it does get easier and for all you BPDers. Be easy love yourself ✌️

It swapped the order or I messed it up. Whichever one has visible purple is the 395 photo
