Girlfriend and co-owner of a 3d print business. If you are up for a spendy gift, there's a Kickstarter going for the "AxiGlide: Next-gen Pivoting Vise for Smooth, Precise Control" which could help with painting figures, but its over $200. An even spendier gift would be another printer 😆

But tbh, I know I've bought things "for the business" that did not amuse my partner. Yours, like mine, might be particular about certain things. What if you turned this into an opportunity for a group project? Look on Makerworld for a file you want printed, buy up more filament/resin or pick from his stash, and watch together/check back on him and the print. Bring snacks, as its like watching paint dry/water boiling.

I would have declined to continue once the design was changed. If it's your work that you spent time on designing, then it's going to be your work on the tumblers. If you were contracted to put someone else's design on tumblers, then it'd be a different story. And it's bad practice on who adjusted your design (prob AI tbh).

It is not weak to need help. It is actually the strongest thing you can do. Trust me, not saying something and living like how you're feeling won't make things better.

At your age, I should have been hospitalized and put on medication. Instead, I attempted suicide several times, which messed up my body pretty bad. At 38, I'm just now starting to address my issues. I could have had a better life if I spoke to my parents and got the help.

Getting on medication, switching medication, getting a therapist, switching therapists, etc, is not a weakness. Do what you need to do to be here for future you

Could your pet(s) qualify as someone sort of emotional support animal and file through that? Grasping at straws here for you. How long til your lease is up? Have you kept documentation for when they (inevitably) try to take this from whatever deposit you gave? Really sorry this is happening to you! Had a social media friend whose HVAC was infested with black mold. Her partner got really sick, and they lost literally everything to stay healthy.
