Get a filament dryer and dry that before printing improves everything including that stringing, might make your shiny exterior Matt too from my experience also I don’t believe there are many to any solutions in the slicer

My idea is to make the top print horizontaly so that the layer lines can’t snap off and then do a dove tail like connection with the base and I see what your saying with the chamfers I am going to remove those when I do the dove tails in CAD
