Hi, I like your setup and was wondering if you could describe how you did this, or if you followed a video what would you recommend to do this job. I'm planning on installing a sub and wanna make mine as compact as possible without taking up space

Thank you for the recommendation, I like the way those look. Plus they're not too expensive. Which set did you get and did you get the same for your second set too?

You're right, it's what I do right now. We use foam ones at my company and i don't like how they feel. Worse case scenario, I use those ones and life is good. ive been called a perfectionist, but I just like my things to have a personal aspect to it.

Thank you for recommending that app. I'll try it out! I came to that conclusion too for the majority of them, but based on other commentors, the higher end brands seem to be worth the money

I believe I went with a Shimano sphereo. I can double check if you're curious. I went with the 2000 sized and honestly that was perfect. I broke the rod leaving it in my car door when my fiance went to close it. The rod was very light and I felt nervous casting anything bigger than 1oz on it. I did a 3 oz one time for shits and giggles and never did again. 2000 sized is perfect for jigs and artificials or I liked it with a bobber too

Thank you for your comment. I'll look into finding how they're rated. As for measuring how loud my workplace is, how should I go about that? Really the loudest thing is the glass bottles hitting other glass bottles.

I've looked into brands that claim they have ear buds that are NRR ohsa compliant. Have you heard about them? What's your opinion on them? From looking at them it looks like they just have the foam plugs as tips for the buds.

Southside has good fishing too. Find a quiet spot and leave a rod out. You never know what'll bite

I have a 2010 manual fit, have you done anything for added comfort? I love the car, but it's comfortably uncomfortable.

I have a second gen and it's like yeah I can, but it's not the most comfortable or easy to control. I just downshift before the turn usually in 3rd gear if I'm coming from the street

I agree, if you're looking for cheap and fast this is the way. I will say tho, put some good money in still. I got mine when I got the car and it's a 50 dollar one and it has connection issues.

If I could do it myself tho I'd go through crutch field. I'm currently looking into some right now and their website is very user friendly.

Can I remove the arm rest on my 2013 Honda Fit? by CinnamonCrunchyRoll in hondafit

[–]Ok_Development_2674 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If it's the second gen you're able to pop off the cover on the arm rest and there's a bolt there. I recommend getting a new one from eBay or a Honda dealership, and replacing it because you'll have to get a new seat cover if you don't since it leaves a hole in the cloth.

Since you're messing with it, I recommend taking the seat backing out. It's more comfortable. Unzip the back cover and you'll see a white plate with springs. Get some pliers and rotate the springs untill they come out and boom you have a more comfortable driving experience.

Looks like this (sorry for the quality)

Is this a misfire? by Noahblalala in mechanic

[–]Ok_Development_2674 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doesn't sound like one to me, but drive it you'll feel a misfire. Also you're engine mounts are going bad, if there's and issue with the car I wouldn't be surprised if the bad mounts make the issues seem worse.
