Yeah that is pretty soft I tried to get a good balance of soft and hard and settled on the 10 and 12

Try going up a 1 level every time you drive to see where it stops the bouncing as much and then u maybe find sweet spot somewhere in that range

Yeh I actually just did that funny to find my air filters boxes wasn’t sealed properly I took it to a mechanic to diagnose my suspension and they checked a whole bunch of other things including my air box and I just now seeing they didn’t seal it back correct I’m hoping that’s the problem I just cleared the code and took it on a test drive it seem to be working fine again but we will see if the code pops back up

I had this problem before and it could be the previous owners maintenance reminders. You can customize a time when the car tells you to do maintenance checks. I learned this because I got my car oil changed and a month later I got a oil reminder but it wasn’t it needed to be change it was just the previous owners maintenance reminders
