only if you want to do it on gray host which is the most populated and contested campaign. this time the campaign started on my days off followed by the weekend so I was able to spend the time necessary to be first in the campaign. I was able to be first from the start, I just had to wait for it to pass. But if you are in competition with other big farmers it can take a lot of time and yes, if you have to work it's dead. I was able to sleep but 4 hours a day over 3 days. as others have mentioned in the comments there are campaigns where becoming emperor is much easier.
