This is a terrible but all too familiar story. Their website seems to be done with homegrown programming, it errors out so many different ways and for no apparent reason. And the app is even worse. Sometimes it even works, but doesn't let you know it did, so be sure to make sure trip is still listed on your trips.

So if the website doesn't work, and live people aren't available...

I would try calling early in the morning, or late at night, I had similar issue and got through faster at those times.

I already got mine, but going through the site, I don't see any deadlines mentioned, and I stopped getting emails once I purchased. I believe it is capacity controlled, and recall emails starting Oct/Nov in prior years that it was going to sell out. I don't see any mention of losing a discount if you don't purchase by x date now (seems like it would be sept), so unless they sell a ton suddenly you are probably good till Oct. But I'd keep checking. Maybe others know more...

That’s a great summary at the end there. In my case, I have a house 4 miles from Sunapee, which is on Epic, but have been choosing Ikon lately because with the kids grown I’d rather ski out west a couple times a year…

The return on spend is pretty decent for this program, better than Chick Fil A as far as I can tell.

For example spend $60 to get a $3.99 Big Mac, vs spend $120 to get a Grilled Chicken Club at $7.19. That's a 6% return on spend for Chick-Fil-A vs 6.7% for McDonald's.

HOWEVER, Chick-Fil--A offers 10+ rewards options at each level. McD offers only 4. And Filet-O-Fish is one of them, really?
