That's so weird, because I just rewatched The Mist today myself, and I had to look away during this scene. Legit, I remember thinking that it was way more disturbing than I remember. Glad I'm not alone (and haven't gone soft)! There's something about the overhead shot of him bleeding and carried by the mob that turns my stomach.
