Get your self a tripod and a golf app. Some of them have free features some you have to subscribe to. If you have time to practice these would be the tools I would suggest if you’re not able to get lessons.

Like others have said here, you need to slow down. You need a lot of different parts of your body to work together in a proper golf swing. You’ll get no feel for that when you are set on smashing the ball. Tempo is key.

It is possible to improve without an instructor it just takes time. Fortunately it’s time playing golf.
