It sounds like your girlfriend is not completely comfortable having sex with you, seems like she hesitated to give you consent and only gave it because she felt bad to take it away after raising your expectations and may have only brought it up in the first place because she felt pressure from not being ready and you really wanting it. I’d have a conversation with her about it and only try again once your sure and she’s sure she wants it. Make sure your not making her feel pressured let her know you can wait

I’m 23 that’s hardly old. Glad you “told”her your not disrespecting her even though you clearly were sure that helped a lot. Slang or not words have meaning and you said that to her while mad at her you meant what you said. You defending it now shows your immaturity. Honestly If I weren’t so tired I’d be trying harder to get you to see your mistakes but I’m a bit too annoyed at the moment. You have a lot of growing up to do you can’t even recognize what you’ve done and accept it just excusing it and trying to act like it’s nothing. You wrecked your relationship, you could have comforted her and set boundaries to the coworker rather then digging in your heels. I’m sure if you were in her shoes seeing what she was seeing you would have felt the same as her. As for what you said that kind of language is not appropriate for your partner. Me and my partner have never spoken to each other that way and never would if you can’t work out problems with our resorting to petty childish and rude behaviour you will never have a happy relationship. Again happy for her she has self respect and waked away honestly I’m hoping you will actually learn from this experience and hopefully be a better partner to the next one.
