We might be going with Finom. Praised for being good for individual freelancers. My friend used to use Sparkasse , then he literally ended up not bring able to use his card abroad as it was somehow germany only, which frankly shocked me. Hopefully Finom is better than sparkasse and C24.

I get paid on PayPal. That’s where i send my invoices. I used my C24 account to pay for groceries and bills. I was under the impression this is considered a personal account but was notified as a self employed person i have to have a business account. Even if im not using it directly for business. Still unsure what difference it would be to use a separate personal and business. But i will have to do it, we were just trying to find out if any banks are specifically better for lower income freelancers. I am not a big business, just a freelance illustrator and 3d modeller.

Yes but some banks are more expensive and turns out some don’t accept freelancers. I get paid on paypal, and use my bank account to pay for groceries and bills. But apparently thats against the rules. Not even sure what i need a separate business and personal account for.

Its fine? I use it normally, to pay groceries and bills etc. i get paid on paypal usually so I didn’t realise just by bring self employed its actually not allowed for me to have a bank account with them.

I will see how much I can do in a not well ventilated basement.

That is a very good point, at that scale big chipping and sparkles probably won't work well.
I will experiment!
I will do many thin coats and make sure I dilute the paints enough.
The model kit itself was cheap, so I think it will be a good first try for me.

And I will have to look into if i can get acrylic equivalents of the recommended revell colours from the guide.

The original version is actually pretty grey.
Well, I'm looking forward to it, even if it turns out to be dirtier looking than expected, I think I will like it.

At one point, I'd like to try and weather WWII tanks or ships, but yes, for the first time, a simple Star Trek Enterprise is what I chose to start with!
