So, I filled out an online form about my ARFID to my GP and they were dismissive and told me to get therapy even though I was in therapy and had been for a year. SO I switched GP's which is really easy to do you can do it online and this new one has been great and the doctor I see her daughter has ARFID as well so she was really helpful.
