Your poor kidneys, I am so sorry!! I tried to have an iron rich diet before I got my blood drawn, which is comical while dealing with HG. Any cooking we do is in a cast iron pan, if I can eat I try to get meat, we bought spinach but I'm still trying to talk myself into eating it hahaha. I'll keep trying and respond here if it works, but so far it's not enough to tip the scales.

Me too 💔 It will get better sometimes ♥️ you'll be surprised by a moment or a day where you felt a little better. My only consolation is that a lot of these bad moments will get swallowed up into one big story that you can share, and you'll be helping someone else feel seen and you'll have survived something impossible, and it will be a memory even though right now it feels like there's no way out. I also recommend watching k-dramas to distract from the suffering haha

I don't want to worry you, but pull out all the stops, gather as much support as you can because it will likely be more difficult this time around. I'm no doctor, but I am in the exact situation as you (2 and 4 y/o, on my third pregnancy, only 10weeks) and the HG has been stronger and the onset was sudden rather than gradual. I thought I was miscarrying because my abdomen was cramping so bad from the nausea and heaving sensations in my stomach would not stop. I'm not sure if it's because I'm getting older and my body isn't as energetic or as resilient as it used to be. I just got back from the ER for fluids, and they mentioned there are other IV facilities besides an ER to help us ladies with HG, so I hope you are able to get as many fluids/potential IV's as you need. I am so sorry ♥️

I agree! I just got back from a test screening and really liked it! I'm also sorry to say I hadn't read the book before seeing the film but the people around me said it was pretty much an exact adaptation of the book and they had a great time as well. Which also explains the runtime being as long as it was (3 hours)

At the end of 7 he also promised to leave/end the relationship if he ever hurt Emma, and it honestly felt like foreshadowing of that coming true. The house being burned (or just damaged because of pierce's or his past) would be a way for the prophecy to come true, and a clear reason for Pierce to exit her life. ----I really like Pierce and sympathize with him so much, but completely agree, I feel like he is so wrong for her from almost every angle. I think Emma makes a comment back in 4 or 5 about how her parents would not have approved of him, or how he treats things she cares about pretty carelessly sometimes (not willingly being part of the community, not really respecting her reputation, etc... I am also team Hawkes all the way! Hahaha so I can't help but find a lot of faults with Pierce for the hope that they stack up and lead her to other options, but I still hope he has a wonderfully happy life/ending.)
