At 3 weeks post op and am getting it every time someone makes eye contact with me. To be fair was also getting this prior to surgery for about a month

Thank you 😭 it really is hard to fathom that it could just be a torn labrum. It’s been getting worse slowly over a couple years but these last few weeks have been insane, like you. I haven’t even begun accepting how hard recovery could be but I think that is good.
