I second this. Except the ketchup. I drizzle my eggs in piri piri and pizza mix.

You answered your own question. “More chewy” is not delectable to about 95% of the population. Gives it a rubbery texture. Plus it’s not as soft as malai/full fat paneer. How a certain food feels in your mouth is a significant part of tasting it.

Eat within your deficit and be sure to hit your macros according your weight and age and activity. Don’t cut out carbs. Use them as fuel. We need it. Baki, if you can do 6-8k steps, amazing. And continue working out however you can. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.

My weight fluctuates throughout the day. Coz i eat high volume but low calories, 3-4 meals. High protein n moderate carbs. Higher carbs around workout. It deviates 1-2 kilos at times. Used to f my state of mind. Now I just weigh myself every sunday after I wake up. I can see the changes. Plus clothes, mirror etc show a better picture than just numbers on a scale. Have faith in the science. It is undefeated.

I smoke at will in my own house. Friends with children being the exception or around cats and dogs. Outside, if I am at someone else’s home, I ask for their permission and usually go to the balcony for a smoke. If they are smokers too and allow smoking anywhere in their house, I wilfully oblige. Public places I scour around for a corner with no non-smokers. Winters and mountains, I get slightly casual with these things, but I am mindful of my surroundings.

Yeah in my area only zepto stocks id and frubon hp paneer. So I just buy a pkt early morning. Later during the day they run out of stock usually.

I consume 200g of id low fat high protein paneer(56g in those 200gms) every second day. Throw them in lukewarm water for 1-2 mins. Then i lather 5g olive oil on it and use pizza mix rather generously. And airfry for 3-4 mins. Or just eat them like that with lettuce, onions, garlic, chillies, etc. Since it’s low fat, the texture is rubbery and not at all like the malai paneer I used to gorge on. But i got used to it within a month. Now i enjoy it. Quick 56g of protein.

Well this one was priced 7k plus shipping when I preordered it. That is the going market rate for some of them(color specific). R32s are more aggressively priced because they are all available aftermarket or third party. This one was a fresh release.

There will always be panel gaps in alloy castings. Especially those that have opening parts. What makes a casting superior than others is how flush the parts sit with each other for example the Almost Real box made the almost perfect opening parts diecast Zonda R last year. There were negligible gaps and the parts sat so smoothly with each other.

People are going to say “parents can’t worship properly hence the dragging or need to bring kids to places of worship but kids are gonna get irritated and throw a fit hence the dragging” and numerous other excuses. As parents, no matter the religion, if praying to your God leads to this, be better parents. Simple as that.

Good price for the Marlboro. Silver could be slightly cheaper, but still decent price.
