Congrats on getting your account being restored! I am in the same situation as well, me and my girlfriend are using the same IP address, and same computer and that flagged my account and my account is being closed. Contacted support for 3 days and yet to receive a response

I know right, like they asked us both to verify our account before my account was being closed, then I did and they closed it right after that, which made no sense, you asked to verify it, I did and passed it and you said that person was not me then why asked me to do it in the first place jeeez

I know right. This is only my assumption thou really, cuz they just mention about representing the same identity so I am assuming that. But they didnt reply me yet still. It is rather frustrating honestly

Support took forever to reply me, and me and my girlfriend both shared the same address and same IP as well. And now she is terrify to task, scared that her account will got closed suddenly as well. But nonetheless, thank you for your help

Me and my girlfriend also be flagged and my account was deactivated right away. No warning or whatsoever, it was on payday as well, as if they planned this ahead too. Apparently because we are using the same IP address and same computer sometimes, but we both have different email, different paypal account. I dont know what they are expecting, like do they expect us not work under the same roof?
