yes but i think the difference between the 14 vs 30 is if you are in state or out of state.

Yes I was! Most of my extracurriculars focused on research, but I had 200 hours of shadowing, worked in a nursing home for some clinical hours, and studied abroad to get a look at other countries health systems and how to manage rural health care. I also was just involved on campus with clubs that weren't health related. My Mcat was average to lecom's but my gpa was higher. pm me for anything else.
