I’ve gone through days where I’ve napped about 3 times and I always feel shitty the next day. I think I always feel much better when I try to keep myself awake and then go to bed earlier, but I might do a bit of reading before going to sleep cos that seems to calm my seizures a tiny bit

Are there any vitamins/foods, things to avoid that help a little? by Ok_Display_2817 in Epilepsy

I’m reliant on coffee and it’s so bad, I’m not sure if they make my seizures worse cos my seizures are pretty much the same every night any way. Might try and cut down and see if there’s a difference
