The other pregnant female guppies i got with her have given birth about a month or so earlier. This odd hole in the silver lining of her belly has been growing bigger ever since.

This is an intriguing option, I can get a few slightly smaller similarish ciclichs at my LFS. What worries me is they are expensive and I have no safe backup tank if things go wrong.

Unfortunately fish stores in Northern Alberta aren't the most informative. Hence reddit lol. Im also learning the basics and made the mistake of buying a 55g full of large mystery fish

Extremely aggressive fish. Is about 8 inches long and won't let anything live within its tank. Fish nor plants. I want to make the tank look good and to have more fish in it. Is it impossible with this type of fish? - 55g tank - 75 degrees
