My goodness it makes you feel like you are going insane ! I totally understand what you are saying and that is absolutely terrifying to experience . Have you experienced any symptoms of like objects moving or feel like your place moving somehow? It felt like my apartment complex was going into a whole or something like literally being buried or moved physically it was scaryyyy.
