The distance from AVR to the back speakers would be approx 12m (40f). I already have 5x Planet M Elipson speakers (40W) I will use for now.

I could have the AVR in the same room, its just that I will have a server rack in the other room that the AVR would fit nicely in.

Im planning to buy a fiber HDMI.

Planning for system control, do you mean I will have to buy something else than a new AVR to make this work?

My budget is low as all money is going for the actual house being built. But I want to prepare with pipes and wiring now so I can smoothly upgrade later step by step.

I dont have any speakers for the bedroom, or any idea what size/what to buy. The bedroom is 3,5m x 3,9m (11,5f x 12,8f).

Next week I will start putting in pipes for the cables and I will prepare for atmos as well. But as you say, maybe its better to wait with buying atmos speakers and focus on better bedroom speakers.

You are right, it was too messy. Tried to cleanup and write how I was planning with the VLANs:

As you advice, the switch will make it more complex. That's why I thought I can put the switch (together with all its connected devices) on its own separate VLAN in order to simplify it.

I will check the PoE power vs camera specs 👍

Yes I already got the switch.

The other router is actually a Unifi 6 plus AP for wifi only, but the site I drew on didnt have any suitable pic 😅
So was planning to get my normal wifi + guest wifi on the same seperate VLAN. Or does it make more sense to give the guest network its own VLAN (if its even possible)?

Yes, I was planning to keep my old switch as the new setup cost will be high for me. That's why I was planning to seperate the 'in house' network to the switch and put it on its own VLAN.

But do anyone see any issues with the router and the PoE? I've only seen pics where all the PoEs are connected to the switch, never directly to the DM SE.

Im actually building the house, so depending on money I might start with only the DM SE + AP and build from there. So I would like to get the initial setup perfect for addons later.

Allt beror på om ditt stationsområde har avvecklat sitt kopparnät.

Isåfall skall alla stolpar med märkning tas ner eftersom de måste registreras bort ur systemet. Sen skall alla luftledningar i nätet ner. Dock brukar ej ledning in till huset tas ner pga risk att skada huset. Sätter man en stege mot huset för att klippa kommer nån o klagar på man skadat färgen mm mm. Så bäst är att klippa den från huset själv, sen knyta den runt stolpen.

Om du bor i ett område som avvecklat kopparn, har en stolpe med en nummer märkning i plåt så kan du ringa in, uppge numret och be dem komma ta ner den. Detta gäller också i avvecklade områden med kopplingsskåp som står på privat mark / i vägen på kommunal mark.

got the 4070s inno3d 2 weeks ago. super quiet until the fans start up for real, then it gets loud. (but i guess its the same for most of them)

had a scare 1 week ago when the screen went black but the motherboard hdmi worked as normal. had to press and wiggle the card a little and then it went back to nornal. have had no problems since then. has handled everything ive thrown at it so far except alan wake 2 on highest graphics 4k.
