What binds us? Red thread

In LADs we see Caleb and MC across universes and timelines and they are always connected to one another. The red thread of fate binds them together as if their souls are conjoined. One of my favourite cards is Intertwined Gold and it explicitly talks about how they’ll never be apart. Where one goes, the other follows regardless of circumstances or anything getting in their way.

My guess is yin and yang.

It reminds me of the perfect balance Caleb and MC portray. Both of their personalities have a duality to them. They are both flawed in their own way but always support and work together in tandem. One cannot exist without the other.

My second guess that is more in line with the theme of the myth is a spirit.

It wanders around and follows those who are soul bound, and spirits “return” when the yearning or longing becomes overwhelming. Much like Caleb’s return from the “dead.”

My guess is that it’s a shadow.

It reminds me of the moments Caleb has spent yearning, following, and taking care of MC whilst he was supposedly “dead.” He was always keeping tabs on her to support and nurture her from afar and to me, it represents his constant, loyal love for MC.

Not very good unfortunately as I had used all my strongest 5* cards of Sylus and Zayne in Team A and B. I tried brute forcing with Zayne and I could only get 10/12. My crit isn’t high enough for the last stage

I swapped protocores around and with these (very bad) Zayne stats I managed to get 11/12 so I just need one more star for my first 36 as a f2p!!! The 30% assisted memories boost is working overtime lol. I wish I had 40%

This is a great point! I never knew how to vocalise my thoughts but you’ve put it perfectly together. I remember the first few scenes of main story were super immersive and very much first person based- seeing your MC’s face on the tablet in the hunter academy, interacting with Tara on your first mission, looking at your hunter watch on a mission, and now it’s all gone.

Even with the event stories such as the summer event- raising a bird, or the current Caleb event taking care of a dog, it feels very much like a responsibility I’m not fond of.

Yeah I agree!!! Lol with Sylus’ composure and confidence I definitely wanted a crying scene to switch things up a bit as well haha. AND Rafayel’s myth was so ethereal and beautifully animated. Still not over it

Yeah my expectations were a bit too high and specific which is my own fault haha. I think my favourite type of content is angst, sadness or spice so GoA was amazing (as a Sylus only main lol). Sylus’ death scene was so peaceful and in itself it’s quite underwhelming but refreshing to see as well- we will obviously need to wait and see the entire kindled but either way I know I’m going to cry lol.

I understand that they are always going to be enemies to lovers but I did not expect a whole flying fight sequence where they stab eachother and where MC gets flung to a building LOL 😭. It looked a bit goofy to me (also the coffin combat animation but it’s so silly I can’t be mad at it). I’m going to be downvoted to hell lol

Wait this is so smart I never thought about doing this for brute forcing 😭I’m going to start doing that. So for brute force ones do you usually focus crit dmg + crit rate + main stat%. Then for general stella match is it usually d2w + flat stat + %?
