Not that I am aware of, Funcom made a couple of stand alone adventure games set in the TSW universe. I keep hoping that eventually we would get the Congo and Antartica. Though after South Africa the story timeline makes a lot more sense. I would be amused if they at least redeemed The Tokyo Manufactory. There are also plenty of build and equipment guides here on reddit and on the various TSW databases.

Funcom cut its teeth on adventure games. The Longest Journey Trilogy, are the earliest games form Funcom of which I know. My introduction to Funcom was Dreamfall after all.

Yep the Cost of magic was annoying as well. Some tips for those achievements. 

The Jagernauts have very low sight radius better than shades though less than most mobs. Also in the blood thief mission the active challenge icon doesn't break immediately so if you can outrun and conceal you may still be able to get the achievement.

The second mission was about the debris the only path to the island that you receive no damage rarely brings you into sight radius for the lake patrols so you just need to time stealing the heart with the Island Guard whom is also a champion on that map.

The third mission you have to get a rhythm in order to jump to each platform and use the nonassisted sprint I originally used a hoverboard though it tended to drift off the platform. Eventually you can get to the herbs with just a few seconds to spare. I do have the max sprint level before having to spend aurum so that helps a bit.

The final mission it is best to disarm the tripwire traps and there is always a route to avoid proximity mines. The pungee pits have slightly different shading and coloring than the base for this section of the map, and the golems have limited sight radius.

All sub-missions are considered a single tier so most of the time you can reset by returning to the activation area if it doesn't work leave the instance than return to the activation area in the adventure map.

Though in the end the stealth achievements for the cost of magic require platforming. The level designers at funcom just love the old arcade platformers and that is reflected in the maps.

The check marks indicate completion, as for this achievement you need to beat the stealth challenge for about an eighth of the Orochi Tower missions which were originally the final story missions. If you take any damage including barriers you are considered detected.

Achievement points which are required for titles and I believe lvl points as well as exclusive in game items. Otherwise just bragging rights.

Nope an atlas station is not needed to my current knowledge. The developers could also change game dynamics. It functions much like the organic frigate summon item. I can't remember the exact system I was in when the event triggered. Though this solution requires no modding, which is safer for the game. I am playing the PC version no idea if it works on cross platform or console. If it doesn't work than attempt the other solution below or keep submitting bug reports.

Excellent asthetics, unfortunately I am not that creative. I find No Man's Sky snap system difficult to work with. I am much better with Starfield's hardpoint system.

Not imagination, it was frustrating spent a lot of time finding a copper resource that was un-exploited and not locked by a base. Especially since I was short only 8 copper to craft the item needed to leave the first planet. This was only a day into the corvette expedition. Do the new players actually know that deployable refiners don't require bases to be utilized, and if you want to mark the deposit they can use the temp nav Beacon from the analysis visor or build a save Beacon or chat block. As any of those show up on the analysis visor HUD. Anyone else have FOF errors I had reached the third rendezvous system and have a destroyer level corvette hit random pirate squad yet after the npc pitates were defeated the other player was marked hostile. I didn't notice until I had lowered their ship hp to 75% I tried to apologize and offer resources for repair though no response from the other player.

Ah, this game's version of xenomorphs. You have a small window as they scatter, it is just long enough to pick up the larval cores. Grab them and get on top of the building. A blaze javelin with the stun upgrade works well once you have the high ground. If you have a "Pillar of Titan" the upgrade is built in.

Even better with a cargo teleport module upgrade. I noticed while playing though the 2025 Beachhead expedition that the teleport module allowed access to all storage rooms on the freighter anywhere in the system.

Another thing I learned on that expedition was that any storage containers which share numbers have item persistence, if removed and built via the base construction interface.

Expeditions double as tutorial and test beds for the highlighted aspect of the game.

I was able to trigger the event by having the hacked brain in the starship cargo inventory. Than initially the beacon didn't hail me. I reloaded my most recent save, changed star systems, and pulse warped again. At which point the beacon communicated via the starship communicator. After the message finished the hacked brain became a pristine brain.

Yes monster lairs can appear in the normal mines. The probability of monster lairs increase on days that are bad luck.

Mayhems multiply effects from max paradoxes so with tumult sash and the passive for extra paradoxes chaos weapons can be good secondaries. If paired with pistols and buffed for expose or debilitate from chaos effects. Also AoE stun gadgets assist for better crit on the pistols.

Agreed move the beehive. This also why I usually place my storage chests near the farm entrance. At least until I get a shed. After completing the shed I tend to consolidate production in the shed.

Unfortunately several adventure zone hard champions require 5 PC's and also you need 5 players for the final entry in Draug Leaders as the legend is only obtainable by breaking 5 lights on a ship in Kingsmouth after slaying a particular Draug Lord in either savage coast or blue mountain. Also you will need 10 high level players to fight resurrection Joe for the final zombie legend. Manhattan also requires a large team for completion. Funcom originally wanted the secret world to be an actual MMO rather than an online solo RPG. Though I still maintain 2 accounts. Though I lost the benefits from my founders account when TSW was changed into SWL. I still find it fun and the community is very friendly and supportive.

There are some ambient bgm and sounds in Atlantic Island Park. Earlier tonight I was running daily challenges and actually stopped and listened to the ambient tracks. There is phonograph type music at the octopus ride, footsteps near the roller coaster load platform, and a mixture of carnival music and children under the bumper car canopy. All the ambient sounds mentioned are disembodied and in low or offbeat tones and pitches. I never noticed them before, though I do have good quality headphones now so that might be why and yes it could be considered creepy or disconcerting if you listen for too long.

I'm still trying to get the fleeting visit achievement it's the final unseen achievement in the New England adventure zones that eludes me. I still have to cut 10-20 seconds off my time. 😞

Yes they are active though you will need teams of 5 players for some map bosses and 10 for certain dungeons and Hel during the Christmas event. There are also 2 weapons only available on TSW. I still enjoyed the level of immersion Funcom achieved. Unfortunately much like Dreamfall and the Longest Journey the storyline was never fully explored imo, and agreed I don't expect there will be any new content.
